Sunday was a stay-around-the-house-and just-BE kind of day! Here are some pics for our husbands who are working hard in Nashville!

Our first whole day in Louisiana was also a FULL one!  Saturday alot of the Perkins side of our family gathered at my uncle’s property for a day of food, fun, and catchin’ up! It was a great day!

Here’s Caleb! He’s quite the fan of lawn mowers, tractors, dump trucks…. :) This is on one of Uncle Billy’s mowers. Caleb’s one cute guy!

Izzy Says It Best…

And so Catherine and I are in South Louisiana with Israel, Savannah, and Caleb staying with my parents for about a week. Did you notice that Greg and Chris are not in that group of names? Tis true and very sad. Both of our husbands were sent to Nashville and so we are slightly spread out :) . The guys headed to Tennessee and us gals visiting LA. True, they are doing what the Lord has called them to do  – and doing a GREAT job – and Catherine and I and the children are having a super time. But…..well….. let’s just say that little Israel, though he cannot yet speak, has most effectively expressed what it feels like to have the guys and us in two different states…..

Exactly, my son! I AGREE!!!

We love you and miss you, Greg!!!!
